Stephen Marshall (CA, FTIA, B Bus)
Executive Director

 Stephen graduated with a Bachelor of Business from Curtin University in 1978 and gained membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1980.
During his professional career, Stephen spent seven years with Price Waterhouse in their audit division, followed by two years with Hendry Rae & Court, Chartered Accountants. Since 1983, Stephen has been operating his own busy public practice.
Whilst maintaining these positions, Stephen also undertook various part time academic appointments by lecturing at Curtin University.
As a pharmacy industry expert, Stephen has been included as one of a limited number of professionals making recommendations to the Pharmaceutical Council of Western Australia on ownership restrictions and various other matters. He has also undertaken various pharmacy related appointments and consulted in Western Australian and the Eastern States.
Stephen has considerable professional expertise in accounting, financial reporting, management leadership, corporate planning and governance, business expansion and strategic planning.

Marcus Michael (CA, B Bus)
Executive Director
Marcus provides consulting services to public and private entities in relation to corporate, managerial and systems reconstruction in healthcare, retail, heavy engineering and agriculture.
Marcus graduated from Curtin University in 1990 and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants since 1994.

Michaela Hodgkinson (CA, B Comm, Dip FS)

 Michaela assists in providing the full range of services for small to medium enterprises in particular nursing homes, retail businesses and property developers, including income tax, goods & services tax and fringe benefit tax.
She has extensive experience in implementing different accounting packages and implementing internal control procedures to any business type.
Michaela graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University and was admitted as a Chartered Accountant in 2004. She has been working at Marshall Michael since 1998.

Tony Xu (B.Comm, M.Acc)
Account Executive
 Tony joined Marshall Michael in August 2007 as an account executive, providing assistance and support to the account managers and mainly dealing in business service and tax.
He holds a Master of Accounting Degree and a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Curtin University and is currently completing his practical experience of the Chartered Accountancy Program with the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Priya Narsing (B.Comm)
Account Executive
 Priya first joined Marshall Michael in April 2001 as an undergraduate accountant. After leaving us in 2005, Priya rejoined Marshall Michael as an Account Executive. Priya deals mainly in business services and tax advice and provides assistance and support to the Account Managers in providing the full range of services for small to medium enterprises. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Curtin University and is studying her final unit in the CA program with the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Account Executive
 Craig joined Marshall Michael in July 2008 as an Account Executive, providing assistance and support to the account managers and mainly dealing in business services and tax. Craig graduated witha Bachelor of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Edith Cowan University. He is currently furthering his studies in the Chartered Accountancy Program with the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Jacqueline Wilson (CA, B.Comm)
Account Manager
 Jacqueline graduated from Murdoch University in 2004 and gained membership to the Institute of Chartered Accountants in early 2009. During her career she has worked with large multi-national corporations and small to medium enterprises in a diverse range of industries in both audit and business services. Most recently Jacqueline has dealt with business services matters and has a specialist understanding of Australian Taxation, in particular, Fringe Benefits Tax and Goods & Services Tax and accounting software installation and troubleshooting.

 Shirley has a very long professional relationship with Marshall Michael.
She has a strong background in bookkeeping and specialises in assisting clients with the daily management and bookkeeping requirements of a business using Quickbooks or MYOB.

Hollie O'Donnell
(Senior Bookkeeper)
 Hollie has ten years bookkeeping experience within the accounting industry,
specialising in MYOB and payroll and holds an Advanced Diploma in Commerce. Hollie recently joined our team in February 2010.

Holly Smith
(Relationship Manager)
 Holly has been part of the Marshall Michael team since 2003, initially as an administration assistant and currently as a Financial Planning Support Specialist.
Holly liases with clients to assist them in the implementation of wealth creation and protection strategies. She is also responsible for our Corporate Secretarial and various administration duties.

 Toni joined the Marshall Michael team in April 2008 as our front office administration support and will most likely be the first point of contact when any clients call or visit our office. Toni is responsible for administration procedures, Corporate Secretarial service, client queries and lodgement of tax returns.
